Reconstitution & Injection Guide

01

Remove from Packaging

Take your peptide vial from the refrigerator (if stored there). Let it come to room temperature for 5–10 minutes. Clean the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab and allow to dry.

02

Prepare BAC Water

Draw 1ml or 2ml of bacteriostatic water into a fresh syringe. For a 10mg vial: 1ml gives 10mg/ml (0.1ml = 1,000mcg), 2ml gives 5mg/ml (0.1ml = 500mcg). Choose based on your dosing needs.

03

Reconstitute the Peptide

Insert the syringe through the rubber stopper and inject the BAC water slowly along the INSIDE WALL of the vial — not directly onto the powder. This prevents degradation. Gently swirl to mix. NEVER shake. The solution should be clear.

04

Calculate Your Dose

At 1ml BAC water: desired dose (mcg) ÷ 10,000 × 1ml = volume to draw. At 2ml BAC water: desired dose (mcg) ÷ 5,000 × 1ml = volume to draw. Example: 500mcg at 1ml dilution = 0.05ml (5 units on U-100 syringe).

05

Draw Your Dose

Clean the vial stopper again. Insert a fresh syringe and draw slightly more than your dose. Remove air bubbles by tapping and gently depressing. Adjust to exact dose.

06

Inject Subcutaneously

Clean the injection site with an alcohol swab. Pinch a small fold of skin (stomach, thigh, or near injury site for BPC-157). Insert needle at 45° angle. Inject slowly and steadily. Remove needle at same angle. Apply light pressure — do not rub.

07

Store Properly

Refrigerate reconstituted peptide at 2–8°C. Use within 30 days. Lyophilized (dry, unreconstituted) peptide can be stored at room temperature or refrigerated. Never freeze reconstituted peptide.

Acute vs Maintenance Protocol

ACUTE PHASE
Weeks 1–4
  • BPC-157: 500mcg daily
  • TB-500: 2.5mg twice weekly
  • Inject BPC-157 near injury site
  • TB-500 any subcutaneous site

Goal: Rapid inflammation reduction and initiate healing cascade

MAINTENANCE PHASE
Weeks 5–12
  • BPC-157: 250–500mcg daily
  • TB-500: 2.5mg once weekly
  • Continue near-injury injection
  • Monitor progress and adjust

Goal: Sustain tissue repair and achieve full recovery

Protocol FAQ

For a 10mg vial, adding 1ml of BAC water gives you a concentration of 10mg/ml (10,000mcg/ml), making each 0.1ml = 1,000mcg. For easier dosing at lower amounts, use 2ml of BAC water to get 5,000mcg/ml (0.1ml = 500mcg).
BPC-157 works best when injected subcutaneously near the injury site. This allows it to concentrate where healing is needed. TB-500 can be injected anywhere subcutaneously as it works systemically.
Yes, if using the pre-mixed blend vial they are already combined. If using separate vials, you can draw both into the same syringe for a single injection, which many users prefer.
Once reconstituted, store in the refrigerator (2–8°C / 35–46°F). Do not freeze reconstituted peptides. Lyophilized (dry) peptides can be stored at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
At 500mcg/day of BPC-157, a 10mg vial lasts 20 days. TB-500 at 2.5mg/week means a 10mg vial lasts 4 weeks. The pre-mixed 10mg blend split across both compounds will vary based on your dosing protocol.
